B2B Terms
Last updated: 24 August 2026
1. Scope
These terms govern use of this website and form a general framework for B2B enquiries. Each sourcing, verification, inspection, logistics or customs project is subject to its written quotation, scope and any specific agreement.
2. Quotations
Public website content is informational and does not constitute a fixed-price offer. Product, service, freight, duty and timing details are confirmed per project and may have a stated validity period.
3. Client information
The client is responsible for providing accurate specifications, quantities, destination details, legal product requirements and timely approvals. Changes may affect cost or timing.
4. Third parties and risk
Factories, carriers, laboratories and customs-related providers remain independent parties. Verification and inspection reduce specific risks within the agreed scope but cannot guarantee future performance or eliminate every defect or delay.
5. Payment, changes and cancellation
Payment milestones, cancellation consequences and work already incurred are governed by the applicable quotation or agreement. No payment is requested through this public website.
6. Logistics estimates
Transit and project times are estimates until confirmed for a specific order. Carrier schedules, production, customs, weather and external events can affect them.
7. Intellectual property
Website text, design and SOURCELIYA branding may not be reused commercially without permission. Client-provided materials remain subject to the client's rights and responsibilities.
8. Disputes and law
The applicable contract should identify governing law and dispute arrangements. Nothing on this general page selects a jurisdiction where one has not been agreed with the client.
9. Contact
